Below are a series of questions. 


How often should I change my mattress/bed?

Beds don’t last forever. Even if it looks okay, it may not be giving you the support or comfort you need for a good night’s sleep. It’s recommended that you replace your mattress every 8-10 years as the older your mattress gets, the less it supports your pressure points.

How much should I spend on a new mattress/bed?

As you spend a third of your life in bed, we recommend that you spend as much as you can afford. A new mattress is an investment and the better the quality, the longer it will last.

What size should I buy?

You should always buy as big a bed as you bedroom can comfortably take. With a larger bed you are less likely to disturb your partner. You should be able to lie side by side, with your arms behind your head and your elbows out without touching. Your bed should also be 4-6in (10-15cm) longer than the tallest partner

How do I care for my new mattress?

We recommend that you rotate and flip a new mattress over once a fortnight for the first 2-3 months, then every 4-6 weeks thereafter. If it’s a one-sided mattress, it only requires to be rotated.

Do you offer a recycling service?

Yes we do. For a charge, we can uplift you old mattress and divan for recycling.

Do your products come with a guarantee?

From the date of delivery, all products come with a one year guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship. Some products come with enhanced warranties which are specified separately by product.

Can I see all of your furniture ranges in my local store?

We aim to have as many products as possible on display in our stores for you to view. Unfortunately, with limited space, the stores cannot show all items listed on the website.

Do you price match?

We promise to try and match the best price you can find. The price match needs to be for a like for like deal including all delivery charges and with similar delivery arrangements.

We are unable to match a price when the goods are being sold below cost. We will tell you when this is the case and you can then be best assured you do have the best deal.

Do you offer interest free credit?

What are the standard UK mattress dimensions?

Small Single 2ft6 x 6ft3 (75cm x 190cm)

Single 3ft x 6ft3 (90cm x 190cm)

Large Single 3ft6 x 6ft3 (105cm x 190cm)

Small Double 4ft x 6ft3 (120cm x 190cm)

Double 4ft6 x 6ft3 (135cm x 190cm)

King Size 5ft x 6ft6 (150cm x 200cm)

Super king Size 6ft x 6ft6 (180cm x 200cm)

Do you sell mattresses to fit European/IKEA size beds?

Yes we do. European size mattress are generally longer and wider than standard UK models. Click on the link to view each size.

Are rolled up mattresses any good?

The beauty of a rolled-up mattress is that they're easier to transport, deliver and navigate through narrow spaces and awkward staircases. Once unrolled, they fill out to their full and permanent size within a couple of hours and are just as good as any regular mattress.

Do you sell special-size beds?

We can cater for most size requirements. Call us on 0141 892 0308 to speak to one of our sales team who will be happy to discuss your options with you.

Do bed frames include the mattress shown?

No. Bed frames are shown with a mattress for the purpose of the image.

Do you charge for delivery?

With the exception of fully assembled furniture that requires a 2 man service, all other products will be delivered FREE of charge (Mon-Fri).

Do you deliver at the weekend?

We can offer to deliver on a Saturday. This will incur a charge of £20. At present, we do not deliver on a Sunday.

Do you deliver on bank holidays?

Yes, we deliver on bank holidays, with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Can I select a delivery date in advance?

If a product is in stock, a calendar will appear when you add it to the basket offering you 3 weeks in advance. If your preferred delivery date goes beyond this, simply call our sales team on 0141 892 0308 who will arrange a suitable date.
