Upholstered in a durable damask fabric, the mattress benefits from a deep quilted finish that ensures the layers of fillings are held securely in place.
Internally, the Lyon mattress is made up of rows of hourglass shaped springs connected at the top and bottom by a spiral wire, known as a helical wire.
To avoid border breakdown the edge of the spring unit is strengthened by a thick, rod-edge wire that adds support to the perimeter of the mattress.
