Good quality mattress. Matching base and headboard also good quality, although missing fixings from headboard so had to get a tradesman to come in to fix.

Ordered 2 mattresses, one of them had stains on it, despite being double wrapped. This had been promptly solved by Archers and a replacement was sent out. The delivery firm was great and kept me updated about the arrival time so there was no waiting around all day. The price for the mattress was very reasonable and the mattress itself is very comfortable. The top padding is quite thick and it is a tufted so I'd expect that it'll last a long time (our previous mattress wasn't tufted and eventually the top layer moved around and you could feel the springs which is the last thing you'd want). I'd say it's medium firm rather than firm (again compared to our previous one, which was firm, this one is a bit softer, but still very supportive and had a very comfortable night sleep on it from day 1. We bought 2, to replace a super king mattress and it was absolutely worth it, we don't feel each other moving/turning during the night. My only worry was that the mattresses would move as they're not zip&link (zip&link ones seem to cost so much more, so it wasn't an option for us) but they have stayed firmly in place on our divan bed. Overall very happy with the quality and the service.
