Made sure it would be delivered when needed and this was 100% agreed. Well another nightmare. Supposed to have it delivered on the Monday, no bed no phone call explaining anything. Tuesday comes and I call again saying its on the lorry for delivery, sit and wait all day and still no bed. Archers chased it for me and apparently they hadn't even loaded my bed let alone going to deliver it !
Archers said they would keep chasing it and on the Friday I actually received my bed.
I love the bed from Archers but the company they use for deliveries is shocking.

Damages
