Perfect new addition. Sturdy when built, came in 3 boxes with easy to follow instructions. Can possibly be built by one person however two will be best. I bought this online and was able to select a date of choice. Delivery details made contact after purchase, day before and morning of delivery. Online is true to colour and description of beds are well detailed.
I did visit an Archer sleepcentre store but I felt the staff wanted a sale rather listening to my thoughts and reason for buying a new bed. I understand they were figuring out a plan as I was sleeping on a mattress however I felt ignored and pressured to decide on the spot. I was also not shown all ottoman beds only selected beds by the staff that required extras to complete the look.

Check all packaging is in good order. If the packaging is damaged still accept the goods but state on the paperwork "packaging damaged". If there is damage we will have the item replaced and the damaged item uplifted.
