The first one arrived damaged and a replacement was quickly shipped. However, there was no communication to tell me that it was on its way until the morning it was being delivered. Likewise, ParcelForce turned up to collect the damaged item with no notice to me - Serene hadn't even sent a return label.
I'll keep the bed but wouldn't order from Serene again, based on the quality and the total lack of communications.

Damages
Check all packaging is in good order. If the packaging is damaged still accept the goods but state on the paperwork "packaging damaged". If there is damage we will have the item replaced and the damaged item uplifted.
