A lovely bed frame, unfortunately it arrived with two bottom right bed posts and no left one but this was quickly remedied. I managed to build this one by myself.

The product was was very good and well packed and the instructions were straight, however, there was one piece missing. It was the strengthening/stabilising batten. I think it was No 18. My husband managed to find a piece of timber and we made the missing piece but it did add about an hour to the assembly.

Damages

Check all packaging is in good order. If the packaging is damaged still accept the goods but state on the paperwork "packaging damaged". If there is damage we will have the item replaced and the damaged item uplifted.

We offer no compensation for loss of earnings, storage of goods or other costs incurred due to late delivery.
