The sprung slats are set out in two rows and separated by a central rail that’s strengthened by the addition of support legs.

Unfortunately I had asked for delivery on Friday 26th May (before Bank Holiday Monday) and delivery was between 13.57 to 15.57. It did not arrive so I sat around waiting. It was a lovely day but I sat inside the house to be sure to hear the door. Nothing. (I had ordered a mattress from another company which arrived inside the allotted time,) I called customer service who said that unfortunately there was nothing they could do because XDP's (the delivery Company) depot was closed until Tuesday. As you can imagine I was exasperated as I had booked someone to come and put the bed together... Lo & behold at 6pm on Bank Holiday Monday there was a knock at the door and there he was - the driver with my bed. When I asked what happened (he had obviously gone home on the Friday and the bed had been in his van over the weekend) he said "I dunno".
So, Archers, I suggest you get another delivery company so that your customers have a wonderful experience rather than a very disappointing one.

Damages
Check all packaging is in good order. If the packaging is damaged still accept the goods but state on the paperwork "packaging damaged". If there is damage we will have the item replaced and the damaged item uplifted.
Late Delivery
We offer no compensation for loss of earnings, storage of goods or other costs incurred due to late delivery.
