Manufactured with support and comfort in mind, the Backcare Luxury mattress features a traditional pocket spring interior and layers of natural fillings.
Offering a firm support, the mattress is upholstered in a damask fabric and benefits from a hand tufted finish that ensures the deep fillings are held in place.
Natural fillings such as wool and silk help to regulate your temperature by drawing moisture away from the body for a fresher sleeping environment.
The core of the mattress is made up of small diameter pocket springs with each coil housed in its own cloth sleeve and free of any surrounding springs.
The springs are able to move freely so the load on one is not affected by any neighbouring springs, providing piston-like support to each part of your body.
An added feature is its side-stitched border. Side-stitching is a true craft and a labour intensive and intricate technique that takes experienced craftsmen many years to master.
The process strengthens mattress perimeter and involves sewing the outer row of springs to the mattress border using a long upholstery needle and high-tension twine.
This provides complete edge to edge support and prevents the mattress border from bowing out over time. It also increases the sleeping surface by 20%.
The mattress is designed to be one-sided and does not require to be flipped over, but regular rotation will enhance its support, comfort and lifespan.

Damages
Check all packaging is in good order. If the packaging is damaged still accept the goods but state on the paperwork "packaging damaged". If there is damage we will have the item replaced and the damaged item uplifted.
Late Delivery
We offer no compensation for loss of earnings, storage of goods or other costs incurred due to late delivery.
