An added feature is the option to upgrade the chair to include a heat pad in the seat section and a 2-way massage system in the backrest.
The heating pad function takes around 15 minutes to warm up and is designed to run for a maximum of one hour before automatically switching off.
The massage function is designed to automatically alternates between 3 massage modes, targeting the head, neck, mid-back and lower back.
It helps to keep the lower body and thighs warm, supports healthy blood circulation and can help to reduce swelling in the lower legs.

Damages
Check all packaging is in good order. If the packaging is damaged still accept the goods but state on the paperwork "packaging damaged". If there is damage we will have the item replaced and the damaged item uplifted.
