Dining Sets Sales down but no Recession

Friday, April 27th, 2012

Dining sets are a new addition to the Archers Sleepcentre product portfolio. David B (our E commerce Director) and I have a shared history of selling dining tables and chairs and I’m pleased to say we have transferred that knowledge to selling the odd table leg and seat cushion online too.

But the word out there is dining furniture is a dying swan. The TV dinner, the dysfunctional family and the building of shoe box houses has led to the demise of the dining room and the dining table and chair set therein.

If there is a God, the modern day architect must know they will endure everlasting discombobulation as they roast in hell. Those pathetic, high density, modern day rabbit hutches raise my Sesquipedalian rants to volume 11  (more…)

Best Bed at 2012 NEC: Kozee Diamond Crystal

Keeping socks on in bed, tossing and turning in the night, wearing pyjamas; things like these were examined to see if they affected the teenagers’ quality of sleep.

Many of these factors help or hinder skin irritations. So here’s what you need to know about bedtime to (more…)

Starting life as the first foam ever created, Mr Murphy worked tirelessly before achieving the correct latex foam consistency with his wife’s cake mixer!

Now, in 2011, Dunlopillo is the leading name in latex foam mattresses with innovative technology like the Harmonise and TempSmart systems.
