Sealy Essentials Support Regular and Firm Mattresses
Sealy do come up with some real mouthfuls for the names of a mattress: for example we have the “Essentials Support Regular” and “Essentials Support Firm”. You probably get the idea. Essentials means budget, support means support, regular means soft, and firm means hard.
So you could call these mattresses: Sealy Cheap Mattress Soft and Sealy Cheap Mattress Hard. Do you think they might give me a job as chief name caller?
Anyhow we got Sealy to do a variation of these mattresses that we can call Archers own brand. In essentials they are the same mattress (excuse the pun) but us retailers have sufficient vanity to tweak so that we get something a wee bit special: the Sealy Prestige Support Regular and the Sealy Prestige Support Firm. Now are they not much better names?
They are selling like hot cakes (especially the 4ft small double mattresses). And unbelievably even here in Scotland it is the soft one that everyone likes (usually us Scots like to be hard in bed). It is a bit frustrating actually because this spoils our long worn story.
“Sealy make a higher quality bed than Silentnight, more expensive but still great value. And Sealy are the orthopaedic mattress specialists. You want a quality hard bed then Sealy can’t be beaten”. And now they come up with a low cost soft mattress that almost matches anything Silentnight has to offer.
Ah well Einstein bested poor Isaac Newton. Now Sealy have gone and done in Silentnight. Epoch making news I know.
These Sealy Essentials type mattresses have just gone on sale and at a really competitive introductory price. Best news I can give you I think.
