Shop History
Founded in 1845, Christopher Pratts has evolved from the brainchild of a poor apprentice cabinet maker to the huge High Street store that we know and love today, 170 years later.
C Pratts wants its customer to have peace of mind when buying furniture from them, so they offer a low rate 20% deposit on orders, a 2 year guarantee on all items purchased from them, accidental damage cover and of course, the highest level of customer service possible.
Delivery
If you live within 50 miles of C Pratts then they will deliver your items absolutely free, and only charge the minimal amount for uplift of your old furniture.
A courtesy call will be made from the delivery driver approximately half an hour before your items are delivered so that you can make sure you’re at home, and the greatest effort will be made to guarantee either an am or pm delivery time to suit you.

Bedside Cabinets
Painted wooden bedside tables are ideal for a lighter look than oak or pine in your bedroom, and the La Rochelle bedside table with one drawer and one door is perfect if you’re looking for white bedroom furniture.
It has a beautiful French look, with crests and scrolls giving it an elegant and ornate look, with brass handles to add a timeless touch.
Matching items are available to complete the look, and this cabinet is available at £239.
Blanket Box
Very handy for a toddler or baby room, a blanket box is an excellent way to create a large area of extra storage while still being able to use the surface area for display or even seating.
The Nimbus Bedroom collection blanket chest priced at £459 is available in a lacquered finish for extra durability and easy cleaning, and is large enough to store a number of blankets, duvet covers or even baby clothing!
Easily transferred into a larger room when your baby becomes a teen, placing a soft topper on the surface can double the blanket box as a seat, or even a surface for sitting lamps, books etc.
