Due to their continued growth as a retailer, the Furniture Emporium’s rates are constantly updating and improving. This is passed onto their customers through a Platinum Discount Scheme.
Seconique and Core Products are another two prominent manufacturers they use. Established for over 20 years, their experience in the trade leads to some of the highest quality products.
Traditional and contemporary furniture is for sale at both the top and bottom price brackets, accommodating all customer tastes and requirements. Essentially, there’s something for everyone.
Shop History
The Furniture Emporium is the trading name of Cranleigh Furniture Ltd. While they encourage customers to enjoy their showroom, that has been selling furniture for over 50 years, online purchases are also available.
They are one of the few furniture shops that still buy and sell pre-owned furniture. This service is highly valued in the local area and ideal if you’re setting up a first flat or home where the costs can sometimes be enormous.
Specialising in living room furniture, they also have bedroom ranges on offer. This even includes bed frames and divans.
Delivery
The lead time for all ready-made furniture is usually 4-6 weeks. All packaging is removed if necessary and delivery crews wear overshoes and white gloves if appropriate.
The Furniture Emporium is able to deliver across the UK, with a £25 surcharge in Scotland. The base delivery charge is £50 for orders under £500 and free for orders over £500 (unless to Scotland).
For the home assembly ranges, lead times are usually within 10 days, following receipt of the order. There is free delivery on orders above £100 and a £15 charge on orders below.
Pre-owned furniture can only be delivered within a 20 mile radius of the store and the charge is £29. Both Crawley and Aldershot are within this catchment area.
