East Coast Bed Tester

After the East Coast Bed-lam publication we thought it would be nice to do a larger piece on Ross (our pretty in pink) salesman who is based at out Edinburgh bed superstore. Ross joined Archers Sleepcentre in February 2008, a fresh-faced wee laddie with not much bed retail experience but a vast knowledge of customer service and sales targets from his 10 years in the banking industry.

Ross has excelled at bed retail sales and is constantly coming out top of our management information league tables (for all the right reasons Ross. Ross has a specific knack in selling mattress protectors and pillows - It must be because he is testing the pillows 24/7. Ross’s commitment and enthusiasm he has shown whilst being employed by Archers Sleepcentre is commendable and he is a very important and well liked team member. This has all gone in Ross’ favour when he was awarded the new position of Chief Bed tester and supplied with his new comfy cosy, snug pink uniform. Ok, it was not supposed to be pink, but the supplier had ran out of blue – besides during a recent interview with Ross regarding his promotion Ross advised he was ready to take up the challenge and he has no problem with the uniform being pink

Now he is suitably attired he is able to take the position head-on (or well more like bum or back on as he needs to lay down on the beds to test them)……
