Bed Warranties and Guarantees Explained
A guarantee covers any faults or defects that occur during the guarantee period. If you do find a manufacturing fault in this period then you are entitled to a replacement item or repair free of charge.
If a fault occurs during the warranty period then a charge will be applied to any replacements or repairs carried out within the warranty period. The charge is calculated by the percentage of the replacement cost based on the number of years the customers has had the product.
Archers Sleepcentre offers a minimum guarantee period of one year.
