I am writing to thank you for the help you have given me regarding this order. Having signed for the delivery expecting it to be complete in one package I was disappointed to learn, when attempting to construct the bed, that the main rails were missing. It was pointed out to me by Lindsey on contacting your company that the delivery should have consisted of two packages. As I had accepted the delivery it made it difficult for your company to deal with the couriers. To cut a long story short, Lindsey was very good at making sure that I was updated and arranged for another delivery which arrived today as promised. As the web is a convenient way to shop, great customer service separates the good companies from the bad. So, thank you for your attention, thank you for not forgetting me and thank you for a good bed at a bargain price.

you asked for feedback on your service.
I was happy with the service I received. The website was easy to use - being able to refine searches more would be helpful e.g. selecting by firmness, or type of spring.
Ordering was straightforward and I thought the pricing was clear- no nasty surpise add-on fees .
It was good to be able to choose a delivery day, and when I had to change this it was no trouble, and it was easy to make phone contact. the person I spoke to was polite and helpful
My son is very happy with the mattress and says its very comfortable.

I am writing to thank you for the wonderful service and after sales we received from Lynn Reston at the Cumbernauld branch of Archers.
We bought a single/guest bed. After assembling it at home we discovered when the bed was made up to a double, the mattresses were of different thickness.
We visited the shop in Cumbernauld and saw the demo bed mattresses were equal. On reporting this to Lynn, she organised a visit from a staff member who brought a mattress with him. This mattress was thicker and therefore the two were now equal. This was all arranged within a few hours of our query. We feel that through Lynn, the after sales service we received was excellent.

A few weeks ago we wrote here to complain about a misunderstanding between the Archers Sleepcenter in Seafield Retail Park, Edinburgh and ourselves. We expected that to be the end of it, but within minutes after we hit “Submit”, the store manager, Michael, had been contacted by the website staff, and he in turn was ringing us. Michael resolved the discrepency honorably, fairly and quickly. In our experience, the measure of a company you want to do business with shouldnt depend on whether everything runs smoothly (because we all know that if something can go wrong, it usually will), but rather on how they respond when problems arise. The way Archers handled our situation was exemplary — and so, by the way, is the bed.

Thought Id drop a line to say thanks to all the staff at your Auldhouse branch in Glasgow. They gave great advice when we called to buy a new bed for our four year old son. They also showed great patience as he took his time deciding on which bed was the comfiest.
I arranged to pick up the new bed and matress a couple of days later, when I got it home and opened the contents I discovered the manufacturers had packed a wrong piece in one of the boxes. A quick call to your Auldhouse branch and the correct piece was delivered to my door within the hour. My son loves his new bed, price was more than reasonable and your customer care was spot on.
