August Mystery Shopper Competition
Our East Kilbride store won the August mystery shopper competition achieving an unprecedented full marks in all categories except one – the product knowledge question. It was a superb performance. Well done EK.
In actual fact only Uddingston and Cumbernauld gave the correct answer to the product knowledge question – what is a queen size bed? The answer is in our FAQs page so shame on us all.
