To stay healthy and happy, women must ensure they do all they can to make their bedtime as comprehensive as possible and spend as much time with their mattress as they can afford, it is believed.Editor-in-chief of Glamour Magazine Cindi Leive paired up with Arianna Huffington of the world-famous Huffington Post to deliver some handy hints to women, who were classed by the team as chronically sleep-deprived.
All the stories that people hear about the importance of good-quality sleep are completely true, the pairing asserted, noting that to go against them is wrong as you feel brighter and avoid the token bags under the eyes, among other things.
And while the use of a strict seven-hour nightly sleep schedule is helpful, it must begin and end at a consistent time as well, because it is the only way people will stay bright-eyed and bushy-tailed each morning.
The Huffington Post is home to some of the world's highest-profile bloggers, including Bill Clinton, Rev Jesse Jackson and NBA superstar legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
