About a third of our lives are spent asleep. And almost all of us spend little time thinking about our sleeping environment…. not just how supportive and comfortable our bed is, but temperature, humidity, air circulation, hygiene, pillow depth etc are all factors that will effect the quality of our sleep and our health.
