Single 3ft electric adjustable beds are perfect for the elderly or infirm. They have a remote control that adjusts the head and foot end height, plus the potential for tons of other accesories. These include a massage unit; a heavy duty motor, for people between 18 and 25 stones; cots sides and bumper pads; and of course, headboards. None of the 3ft adjustable beds come with a headboard, so you can combine it with the headboard shown or browse through our site for one you might prefer.

If you are worried about the delivery of your 3ft single adjustable bed then this should put your mind at ease. We have two options: a 1-man delivery service to the front entrance of your building. This service can be offered on a next day basis; order before 11am today and get it tomorrow, simple as that. However, if you think you'll struggle to get it into your house or don't have anyone to help you upstairs, we recommend our 2-man delivery and build service. They will take everything into your room of choice, assemble it all, and even dispose of your old bed for you - plus all the other rubbish. This 2 man service takes slightly longer to organise and therefore the lead time is 2-3 weeks from date of purchase.

Single adjustable beds are 90cm wide and 200cm long. This is longer than a standard single mattress in order to accommodate the bending of the mattress when the bed is adjusted. Our electric bed mattresses start with high density foam that provides orthopaedic support. The range then moves on to include memory foam, pocket springs and latex. These materials provide better support.

Memory foam is a heat sensitive layer that moulds to your body shape, relieving high pressure areas to prevent tossing and turning at night. Latex acts in a similar way, but is not heat sensitive; it's a naturally occuring organic fibre that reacts to your body pressure, profiling your shape that way instead. 

Pocket springs are independently encased. So instead of one long wired spring, you receive tailored support that is versatile and minimises partner disturbance. These are the only springs that can be used in an adjustable bed mattress since a connected spring would break when adjusted.
