The patented Silentnight Miracoil 3 spring system has springs that are connected from head to toe distributing weight up and down the mattress instead of across it. The result is to minimise partner disturbance and maximise support.
Also extra springs are concentrated in the centre third of the mattress to create a supportive Posture Zone just where the body needs it most. In fact there is more than double the number of springs in a Silentnight mattress than in a standard open coil spring unit.

This is a lovely mattress fantastic quality. I had a much softer mattress previously so first night it did feel a bit firmer than I'm used to. But it's really comfortable and I don't have a sore back in the morning anymore! :-)

Good for the price but I was surprised at the 2 inch gap left at the end of my kingsize bed frame.
The mattress itself is comfortable and firm without being hard.
In this price range I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better one.

We measured the mattress as when fitted to bed ( bought separately)there was a gap to either side. Quite surprised slightly short measure. Having said that we are very satisifed so far with the good nights sleep we have had and it seems like luxury compared to our last mattress.
