The Vanilla mattress has a unique advanced pocket spring system that has 7 cleverly zoned areas supporting different parts of the body in different ways.
The pocket spring zones provide a firmer support for the head and neck area with softer springs offering a gentler support for your shoulders.
Firm springs help to support your upper back and waist with medium springs taking care of your lower back and hips.
The zones provide personalised body-contouring, eliminating any areas of pressure that may cause tossing and turning or aches and pains that are the main causes of sleep disturbance.
The mattress has a 30mm layer of temperature sensitive memory foam which is designed to soften when it comes into contact with your body. It profiles your body shape, eliminating pressure points and resulting in less tossing and turning.
A new pro-biotic treatment, Purotex, has been incorporated into the mattress fabric. Purotex is a friendly bacterium that reacts to body pressure and quickly multiplies to outnumber and replace any harmful bacteria in the bed.
The friendly bacteria reduce mould and moisture, keeping dust-mites at bay and reducing allergens for a drier, fresher and healthier bed.
For many sleepers overheating is a problem, so to overcome this Silentnight have designed a unique ‘breathable airflow border’. This allows air to pass through the border keeping the bed cool and helping you to maintain a comfortable body temperature.
PocketZing mattresses are one-sided and do not require to be turned over, however we do recommend you rotate it regularly from head to toe.
