There’s nothing fancy about the Ellie double divan set from Kozee Sleep. It’s a no-frills, substantial and robust bed that’s built to last and is very keenly priced.
The mattress has a micro quilted finish which sews the outer damask cover to the top layers creating a quilted pattern that covers the whole sleeping surface.
This results in less upholstery movement avoiding any lumps appearing in the mattress.
The mattress has a firm support open coil spring unit, also known as a Bonnell spring. The spring unit is made up of rows of hourglass shaped springs connected at the top and bottom by a spiral wire, known as the helical wire.
The edge of the spring unit is strengthened by a rod-edge wire that supports the outside of the springs and helps prevent border breakdown.
Supporting the mattress is a platform style base that has a solid top, providing the mattress with additional support.
