The Furmanac MiBed Anna is a classic traditional pocket sprung bed that just happens also to be adjustable!

If you appreciate the finest traditional craftsmanship, featuring a beautiful Belgian hand tufted damask cover, brass side vents and double stitched side handles, this is the bed for you.

The Anna mattress has a pocket spring interior and is specially made for adjustable beds. There is no rod edge and no interconnecting wires so the mattress can bend easily into shape.

Spring counts are always based on a standard king size and the Anna has 1000 (a standard mattress only has 325) offering excellent support and comfort.

Pocket springs are totally independent, each in its own fabric pocket so the load on one spring doesn’t affect the one next to it.

The springs provide piston-like support to each part of the sleeper’s body. This allows the mattress to contour perfectly to your body shape.

The 5 way hinged mechanism can change position within seconds at the push of a button. The head end can be raised to a sitting position and can assist you getting in and out of bed.

The base features a flexible sprung shoulder zone and sliders for lumber adjustment providing the upmost comfort and relaxation. This is great news for people who suffer aching joints and neck pains upon waking.

We show the Anna with a shallow 8" base on 8" legs, which allows ample access for hoists. Should you require storage; the bed is available as a deep divan base with the option of an end drawer or 2 side drawers.

Other additional options include a reinforced base up to 25 stone, bolt-on massage units, cot-sides with bumpers and a matching headboard.

Chronic condition?  By chronic we mean a condition that will not go away, e.g. a broken leg wouldn't count but heart conditions (circulatory problems), arthritis, fluid retention, chronic back pain would all qualify.
