The Cassandra electric bed features luxury cashmere wool and hypoallergenic latex. It is one of the most luxurious and comfortable electrically adjustable beds in the UK.
Cashmere is an exclusive type of wool (the fine guard fibre beneath the outer coat of the Cashmere mountain goat). It insulates the animal from bitter cold in winter and extreme heat in summer - because of the tiny air spaces trapped between the individual fibres. This natural insulation improves the breathability and moisture management of the textile.
And natural latex is one of the most durable and luxurious fillings that can be used in a mattress. Being hypo- allergenic it is particularly well suited for people who suffer from allergies or asthma.
The bases bend/fold in five positions allowing for better movement control and many different sleeping positions. Sections can be raised or dropped using the superior six button ergonomic remote control whilst you are lying on it. The bed has a twin slat waffle finish sprung base and the middle sections can be made firmer or softer as necessary. A chrome mattress retaining clip is provided which allows the shoulder or foot section to rise to 90 degrees.
