Deluxe Savoy Latex 4ft Small Double Mattress
The Savoy Latex mattress is generously filled at 26cm deep and benefits from a robust open coil spring system and a layer of natural latex.
The knitted stretch fabric cover is secured to the fillings by a hand tufted process that passes nylon tapes through the mattress at regular intervals.
These are secured on each side with a cotton ‘tuft’, ensuring the fillings stay in place and reduces any upholstery movement.
Latex is a natural product taken from the sap of the Rubber tree and is hypoallergenic, extremely long lasting and retains its comfort properties throughout its lifespan.
It adapts perfectly to the shape of your body and helps to align your spinal column, whether you lie on your side or your back.
Its open coil spring system is made up of rows of hourglass shaped springs connected at the top and bottom by a spiral wire, known as a helical wire.
The mattress border is strengthened by a thick, rod-edge wire that helps to avoid border breakdown and allows you the full width of the sleeping surface.
The mattress is designed to be one-side and therefore does not require to be flipped over, but does need to be rotated from top to bottom regularly.
