DELIVERIES INFORMATION
METHODS
Next Day / Day of Choice Delivery: A one man delivery service to the first available ground floor door of your building. You may need assistance to bring the goods into your house.
Standard Delivery: A one / two man delivery service for heavy items such as super king beds or fully assembled furniture that is easily damaged.
Scottish Islands*, N Ireland and IoM Delivery: A one / two man delivery service that will take up to two weeks longer than the equivalent mainland delivery. Phone us for the arrangements for your specific location.
* Scottish Islands includes a few remote mainland locations.
For Standard Delivery, if you live in Central Scotland we will deliver within 2 to 3 days of us receiving the goods. Outside of this area our Standard Delivery takes 1 to 2 weeks from departure from our central warehouse.

UK-Wide one-man delivery Sofa Beds, Divans, Mattresses, Bed Frames, Headboards and Flatpack Furniture: FREE*
Day of choice delivery before 1pm: additional £15
Day of choice Saturday delivery: additional £20
* In store charge of £29.50 for shop display products.
Pillows, Duvets and Mattress Protectors: FREE
Our one man service uses an overnight carrier. Multiple cartons may arrive separately and you must be able to take delivery any time throughout the day.
UK-Wide Adjustable Beds and Fully Assembled Furniture: £29.50
One charge for an unlimited number of items.
For adjustable beds we offer a UK-Wide 2 man delivery, bed assembly and packaging removal service at £65. Phone us for details.
Local in store two-man delivery to room of choice (all products): £29.50
Scottish Islands**, N Ireland, IoW and IoM: £69.50
Up to 4 boxes, then £15 per box up to a maximum charge of £250.
** Scottish Islands includes a few remote mainland locations.
Example: Divan bed (3 boxes)+ bunk bed (3 boxes)+ bedside cabinet (1 box) = £69.50+ 3 x £15 = £114.50.
DISPOSAL OF YOUR OLD BED (Central Scotland only)
If we are delivering in Central Scotland we can take away and dispose of your old bed. The fee is £35 for a divan and £25 for a mattress. Phone us to use this service. Your local council will also offer an uplift and disposal service.
FAILED DELIVERIES
Our redelivery charge is £15. Our delivery hours are 8am to 6pm and we need someone present to sign for the receipt of the good.
DAMAGES
Check all packaging is intact and in good order before signing for your delivery. If packaging is damaged, accept the goods and state on the paperwork "packaging damaged". The goods may still be undamaged. If there is damage we will have the item replaced and the damaged item uplifted a soon as possible.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 7 day, no quibble, cancellation and refund guarantee for goods bought online.
To receive a full refund, with no deductions, you must return the goods in their original packaging and in good order. We also offer a collection service. The collection fee is £70 (adjustable beds £120).
CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES
We try at all times to deliver on time and without error, but in cases where there is a problem we offer no compensation for loss of earnings, storage of goods or other costs incurred.
