DELIVERIES INFORMATION

If your date of delivery has not been specified at the time of order we will contact you by phone before we deliver.

METHODS

UK Standard Delivery: A two man delivery service that we recommend for heavy items and furniture that is easily damaged.

UK Express Delivery: A one man delivery service. You will need to ensure you have assistance to bring the goods into your house.

Scottish Islands Delivery: A two man delivery service that will take up to one week longer than the equivalent mainland delivery.

Royal Mail: Pillows and mattress protectors will be posted.

For standard delivery, if you live in Central Scotland we will normally deliver within 2 to 3 days of us receiving the goods. Outside of this area our 2 man standard delivery takes 1 to 2 weeks from departure from our central warehouse.

COSTS

FREE Delivery is offered for many promotional items.

Our regular catalogue products reflect the delivery costs we incur. Remember you are able to collect your order if you live near one of our stores. Phone us to make the collection arrangements and of course you will not incur a delivery charge.

Standard Delivery: £25 (single charge for an unlimited number of items) with the following exceptions:

Pillows and mattress protectors  FREE
Headboards                               FREE
Scottish Islands                         £75

Express Delivery: £29.99 (except large or heavy items, eg electric beds, that are priced according to weight / volume)

DAMAGES

Please check that the packaging is intact and in good order before signing for your goods. If the packaging is damaged please accept the goods and state on the paperwork "packaging damaged".  The goods may still be undamaged, but if there is damage we will have the item replaced and the damaged item uplifted a soon as possible.

FAILED DELIVERIES

The redelivery charge is £15. Our delivery hours are 8am to 6pm and an adult is required to sign for the goods.

DISPOSAL OF YOUR OLD BED

If we are delivering your new bed using our own vans we can take away and dispose of your old bed. The fee is £30 for a divan and £20 for a mattress. Please phone us if you want to use this service. Note that your local council will also offer an uplift and disposal service.
