DELIVERIES INFORMATION
If your delivery date is not specified when you order, we will phone you 2 to 3 days before to organise a time.
METHODS
Next Day / Day of Choice Delivery: A one man delivery service. You will need to ensure you have assistance to bring the goods into your house.
Standard Delivery: A one / two man delivery service that we use for heavy items such as divan beds or fully assembled furniture that can be easily damaged.
Scottish Islands*, N Ireland and IoM Delivery: A one / two man delivery service that will take up to two weeks longer than the equivalent mainland delivery. Please phone us for the arrangements we operate for your location.
* Scottish Islands includes a few remote mainland locations.
For Standard Delivery, if you live in Central Scotland we will normally deliver within 2 to 3 days of us receiving the goods. Outside of this area our Standard Delivery takes 1 to 2 weeks from departure from our central warehouse.
COSTS
DISPOSAL OF YOUR OLD BED (Central Scotland only)
If we are delivering your new bed using our own vans in Central Scotland we can take away and dispose of your old bed. The fee is £35 for a divan and £25 for a mattress. Please phone us if you want to use this service. Your local council will also offer an uplift and disposal service.
FAILED DELIVERIES
The redelivery charge is £29.50. Our delivery hours are 8am to 6pm and we need someone present to sign for the receipt of the goods.
DAMAGES
Please check that the packaging is intact and in good order before signing for your goods. If the packaging is damaged please accept the goods and state on the paperwork "packaging damaged". The goods may still be undamaged, but if there is damage we will have the item replaced and the damaged item uplifted a soon as possible.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 7 day no quibble cancellation and refund guarantee for goods bought online.
To receive your full refund with no deductions the goods should be returned in their original packaging and be in good order. We can also collect the goods from you. Our collection charge is £50.

CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES
We try at all times to deliver on time and without error, but in cases where there is a problem we offer no compensation for loss of earnings, storage of goods or any other costs incurred.
