This chest of drawers is part of the Cameo white pine collection, and the clean, simple design is inspired by the (*)American shaker movement. This is a solid white pine chest of drawers, with plywood drawer bases and back panel. The chest comes fully assembled.
(*) Dating from 1820 to 1860, Shaker furniture refers to styles produced by the American religious group, the United Society of Believers. Very simple and utilitarian, the style is characterized by wooden furniture with clean lines, and minimal ornamentation.
