After I'd opened and built both beds I noticed they both had a few marks on them. As I was desperate for them so my twins could sleep over after I'd totally re-decorated there room I decided not to complain. If I had complained no dawt it would have taken weeks to resolve but I didn't have that kind of time as I'd got rid of there old beds.
I'll recommend the company due to the beds being nice and a good price
